We are pleased to welcome all our patients back to the CFAC offices. As of May 1, we’re able to see any patient, not just those with urgent healthcare needs.
Since the COVID-19 outbreak, we've implemented new processes to keep patients, staff, and physicians safe. We'll continue with these safeguards, as recommended by the CDC and Ohio Department of Health.
- Please wear a mask or a comfortable face cover to your appointment and maintain social distancing with COVID precautions.
- For patients who prefer not to come into the office, we continue to offer an electronic visit. Appointments are available through our patient portal and Facetime/Skype chats.
- Our physicians are again performing elective surgeries. If you had to postpone your procedure due to COVID-19, please contact your doctor’s office to reschedule. Our staff can assist with the scheduling and pre-surgery requirements, which will require obtaining a COVID-19 test and negative results before the surgery.
We're "in step" with your needs and Responsible RestartOhio
As we continue to come back from the challenges of COVID-19, rest assured CFAC will continue to follow local and state requirements. We applaud those who supported the Stay-at-Home order. Although the restrictions are temporary, it's been a difficult time. Thank you for helping make a difference.
Our heartfelt concern to those who are directly dealing with hardships caused by the pandemic. Please let us know if we can be of service to you.
